MyGeo App respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your Personal Data. We want to be transparent with you about how we collect and use your Personal Data in making available our platform, mobile application and/or website(s) (“Platform”) and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
With that in mind, this Privacy Policy describes how MyGeo App collects and processes your Personal Data, which may be either through your use of the Geo Platform, including any data you may provide through this Platform; or your interaction with MyGeo App through our website, social media, and marketing activities. For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 as amended from time to time (“DPA”), we may be a data controller or processor of the data we hold that may be used to identify you (“personal data”) if required by law and depending on the purpose of processing.

This right only exists where we are relying on consent to process your Personal Data (“Consent Withdrawal”). If you withdraw your consent, we will not be able to provide you with access to the Platform.
ACCOUNT/DATA DELETION
You can make a request for the deletion of you Account and Data associated with your account, simply visit the URL ( https://www.mygeo.co.uk/delete-account) to complete the simple process. You should Delete the MyGeo App from your device to ensure no further data is collected, as we process your request. You're @username will be made available to new users. We will inform you by email when the request for deletion has completed.
HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS:
Typically, you will not have to pay a fee to access your Personal Data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, except in relation to Consent Withdrawal, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive, or we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity to exercise any of your rights, including those related to data protection. This is a security measure to ensure that Personal Data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.
We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response. We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made several requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

By using MyGeo App you give your consent, understand, and agree with all the terms, conditions, consents, permissions, and information detailed in these TERMS OF SERVICE.
You understand and agree with the permissions you give and consent to the way we process and utilise data MyGeo App collects about you.
We may from time to time contact you via the email address you have provided. We comply with GDPR and respect your rights detailed within these terms. We make best endeavours to ensure that the content and rewards that your MyGeo app discovers, abide by the Advertising Standards Agencies regulations and or any Legal requirements in force wherever their content is distributed.
MyGeo Ltd has no liability, and MyGeo App users have no recourse where any businesses content fails to adhere to these requirements. MyGeo Ltd will make best endeavours to remove any such content when discovered or notified of failures to adhere to legislation or legal requirements.
Where content is offensive, we will make best endeavours to terminate the delivery of this material once discovered or notified of such content, using best endeavours to delete such content from MyGeo App. Any business and/or its representatives by adding content/promotion to MyGeo app in any capacity, are wholly responsible for ensuring the correct description/details of such content/promotion.
The business is liable and responsible for all content/promotional details, terms and conditions, terms of use and availability of any such content/promotion. The said business must ensure that any content/promotion does not mislead the user and meets the expectations set by the language used within any content/promotion prior, during and upon delivery of such content/promotion to users of MyGeo App.
The business is bound by the laws and legislation in the country they operate and countries or territories they deliver content. Businesses utilising MyGeo app are responsible for ensuring the availability of items/products/promotions and the redeemability of items/products/promotions being advertised or offered to MyGeo App users. MyGeo Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for any failures to supply, misrepresentations or lack of availability of items/products/promotions or any element/part whatsoever forming part of or linked to any specific business promotions.
Businesses utilising MyGeo app should have the legal right to use the brand name on their profile. MyGeo Ltd are not held accountable for or have any liability to businesses or users using information or brand names to which they do not own the copyright. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any user or business account without notice. MyGeo App, MyGeo Ltd take no responsibility for external links (URL’s) which may form part of any GeoReward, rewards, promotion, prize, or content whatsoever. By clicking any link, you the MyGeo App user, take full responsibility, forgo any recourse, or claim against MyGeo App or MyGeo Ltd. Regardless of any effect to person, device, or any effect detrimental or nondetrimental whatsoever.
YOUR USE OF THE APP AND SERVICES ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, MYGEO LTD, EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. MyGeo Ltd makes no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error -free basis, and we make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness, or reliability of any Content.
We welcome feedback, comments, and suggestions for improvements to the Services (“Feedback”). You can submit Feedback by reaching out to us on Facebook, Twitter, or Google+. You grant to us a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, fully paid, royalty free, sublicensable, and transferable licence under any and all intellectual property rights that you own or control to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based upon, and otherwise exploit the Feedback for any purpose
RIGHTS IN APP
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MyGeo Ltd grants you a limited nonexclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to download and install a copy of the MyGeo App on a mobile device and to run such copy of the MyGeo App solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not:
(a) copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the MyGeo App; (b) distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the MyGeo App to any third party; (c ) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the MyGeo App; or (d) make the functionality of the MyGeo App available to multiple users through any means.
MyGeo Ltd reserves all rights in and to the MyGeo App not expressly granted to you under these Terms.
If you accessed or downloaded the MyGeo App from the Apple Store, then you agree to use the MyGeo App only: (a) on an Apple-branded product or device that runs iOS (Apple’s proprietary operating system software); and (b) as permitted by the “Usage Rules” set forth in the Apple Store Terms of Service. If you accessed or downloaded the MyGeo App from any app store or distribution platform (like the Apple Store, Google Play, or Amazon Appstore) (each, an “App Provider”), then you acknowledge and agree that:
- These Terms are concluded between you and MyGeo Ltd, and not with App Provider, and that, as between us and the App Provider, MyGeo Ltd is solely responsible for the App.
- App Provider has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
- You agree to comply with all UK. and foreign export laws and regulations to ensure that neither the MyGeo App nor any technical data related thereto nor any direct product thereof is exported or re-exported directly or indirectly in violation of, or used for any purposes prohibited by, such laws and regulations. By using the MyGeo App, you represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a UK Government embargo.
WHAT MYGEO APP DOES FOR YOU
Your MyGeo App spends its time looking for all the great deals, promotions, GeoRewards (Content) you are interested in. As you go about your day your MyGeo App is actively searching for content in all the places you visit. MyGeo App does not waste your time with content you are not interested in. Let your MyGeo App know what you like, using the interest section in app. MyGeo App lets you know when there is content available for you. Some content is so exclusive it is only around for a short time (time limited). Your MyGeo App is linked to your friends through your contacts, allowing you to share content and view what your friends are finding and using. This gives you the chance to grab content from each other. You receive invites when you join MyGeo App, use them to invite friends to join and connect with you. The more connections you have the more chances you all have of finding great content. Following Brands on MyGeo ensures that you get exclusive content and Rewards from the business you love.
REWARDS & PRIZES
Incorrect email entry during the claim processes may lead to the prize being processed incorrectly and sent to the wrong user. In all cases it is the user’s responsibility to provide the correct details. Any errors due to user mistake or negligence on the user’s part could result in the loss of any prizes or reward being given. All prizes and rewards are issued at the discretion of MyGeo Ltd and or it affiliated business users. Where a dispute arises regarding process or issuing of rewards and prizes MyGeo Ltd reserves the right to make a final determination. By your use of the MyGeo & GeoGo platforms and apps you confirm your agreement and adherence to all terms of service.
YOUR SAFETY
During your use of MyGeo App (App), please be aware of your surroundings and use MyGeo App safely. You agree that your use of the App and the services provided is at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to maintain such health, liability, hazard, personal injury, medical, life, and other insurance policies as you deem reasonably necessary for any injuries that you may incur while using the Services.You also agree not to use the App to violate any applicable law, rule, or regulation (including but not limited to the laws of trespass) and you agree not to encourage or enable any other individual to violate any applicable law, rule, or regulation. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that in conjunction with your use of the App you will not inflict emotional distress on other people, will not humiliate other people (publicly or otherwise), will not assault or threaten other people, will not enter onto private property without permission, will not impersonate any other person or misrepresent your affiliation, title, or authority, and will not otherwise engage in any activity that may result in injury, death, property damage, and/or liability of any kind. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MyGeo Ltd disclaim all liability related to any property damage, personal injury, or death that may occur during your use of our Services, including any claims based on the violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation or your alleged negligence or other tort liability. Further, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more other users of the App, you release MyGeo Ltd (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
PERMISSIONS
By using the MyGeo app you give or have granted us permission to use your location services to search for and ensure that you don’t miss out on GeoRewards/promotions/prizes or content wherever you are. You give us permission or have granted access to your contacts so that we can notify you when any of your contacts join MyGeo app. We also access your phone contacts so you can choose who to invite to the MyGeo App. The larger your group of friends on MyGeo App the greater your chance of Grabbing great GeoRewards and content.
You give permission for data related to GeoRewards & All content on the MyGeo App to be shared with your MyGeo App friends unless detail otherwise within the policy terms. You give us permission to use the data collected through your interaction with MyGeo App, GeoRewards and content for analytical purposes this also includes location data. MyGeo App representatives reserve the right to cancel and delete your account/profile at any time without notice or reason.
You give MyGeo App permission to, or have granted access to your camera and image library for the purposes of creating and storing images produced by and while using the services of the MyGeo App. You give us permission and give free licence in perpetuity to collect and use any content, image or video created by and while using MyGeo App. This includes but is not limited to use on social media platforms for advertising purposes, other advertising platforms and in the production of ads for use anywhere and on any or all media or platforms.
DATA POLICY
LOCATION SERVICES
Your device location is an essential data source which enable MyGeo App to match your location with GeoRewards/Promotions/content and future services MyGeo App may provide. All data relating to location services that MyGeo App collects is anonymized to protect individuals’ privacy. This data may be used in the production of reports and for analytical purposes.
CONTACTS DETAILS
MyGeo App needs your permission to collect, store and sync your Contacts details. You are asked for permission during the App sign up process. This enables you to invite, connect and share content and GeoRewards with your friends. Your Contacts details are never shared and never visible or accessible to any MyGeo App user. We DO NOT ALLOW UNAUTHORISED PUBLISHING, DISCLOSURE or USE of your Contacts details. To keep your contacts details up to date navigate to the in-app profile settings page and click sync contacts, this keeps your MyGeo App up to date and makes sure you get to connect with friends as they join MyGeo.
Camera & storing pictures
MyGeo requests access to your Camera and Photo Storage, during some of the in app experiences. User of the Camera is required to join in the experience, Images taken during the experience are stored in your photo library.
DEVICE TYPE
We collect your device type data to ensure MyGeo App software up to date ensuring we provide the best user experience across all device types.
INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU
We securely store information you provide during the MyGeo App sign up process. This data is used for security purposes, to ensure compliance with platform age restrictions and for analytical purposes.
MYGEO APP USAGE DATA
MyGeo App collects and uses data for service improvements, MyGeo App stability and analytical purposes.
NO SPECIAL CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA
We do not collect any “Special Categories of Personal Data” about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data).
HOW WE USE THE DATA YOUR MYGEO APP COLLECTS
Data is used by our partners to develop the rewards they offer, position the rewards in places you are sure to find them and track your response to the rewards. Our partners also use the Data for analytical purposes, this may or may not influence the rewards they offer. The data your MyGeo App collects will not be used/distributed in a manner that identifies you. Where data is aggregated for the production of reports and for analysis, such data is anonymised to ensure your right to privacy. Our partners, while being able to use data relating to interactions with their promotions, are prohibited from use of MyGeo App data beyond that of MyGeo App services.

We use MyGeo App users’ data internally for analytical purposes, to improve the operation of the MyGeo App and to maintain the security and performance of the platform.
